Nikki and team were great making the experience as seamless as possible

I found a car I liked and applied online. Mark called me to go over so numbers and sent me not one but 2 videos of the trucks I was interested in. That was extremely impressive. By the time I arrived at the dealership my truck was out front and ready to go!

Everyone was very attentive, courteous and professional. I appreciated the attention to detail, efficiency, enthusiasm and support that I received.

The Service Advisor I had was wonderful, Amanda Hovanec. She helped me with information and issues I had with the car and updated me frequently on these as they were worked on.

I had put in the issue and received a e-mail with my cars symptoms: * When stopping at a stop sign or a light, it after a minute, it shakes and vibrates, then stops The paperwork when picking up car, list my symptoms: * When stopping at a stop sign or a light, it after a minute, it shakes and vibrates then stalls. Happens every time. The car never stalls Since the mechanic was looking for why it stalled, other options weren't considered. Like the harmonic balancer. Now I have to find a reputable car repair facility and write off Jeff Wyler Chevrolet.

Mike Haywood was my sales person. He was friendly and professional right out the gate to the very end! He followed up with me as well. Made sure I had everything I needed woth my brand new purchase! Thanx Mike!
